WW1 German ZF12 Maxim MG08 Machine Gun Optical Sight
An original WWI German ZF12 optical sight, designed for use with the MG08 Maxim machine gun. This precision scope was issued to improve long-range fire accuracy and was a key accessory for German heavy machine gunners during the First World War.
The sight retains its original finish and markings, with sharp reticle and adjustment knob intact. Light wear is consistent with age and field use, adding to its authenticity as a genuine combat-used accessory. Complete with original leather case numbered to the scope. In the case are the two original filters, the yellow one is cracked, and the red filter is missing.
