Our guarantee is simple – if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return your order within seven days (from receipt of order) and we will offer you a full refund or exchange.
Please understand that a few conditions may apply:
- No returns will be accepted without a return number
- Refunds/credits do not include shipping, and will be paid out using the original method of payment
- Goods must be returned in the same condition as received
- All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Does not include items clearly listed as "clearance, as is, no returns"
- Firearms Deactivated at customer's request are final sale, no returns or refunds
- Changes in Firearm Classification are not covered under our "Wolverine Supplies Guarantee"
- Cancelled firearms orders are subject to a 20% administration fee.
- As of August 31, 2022 all HANDGUN orders will be FINAL SALE, NON-CANCELLABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE.
- No Cancellations or Modifications to Restricted Firearm sales after December 12, 2022
- If your transfer is pending approval and there is a change in firearms legislation that prevent Wolverine Supplies from completing delivery, a refund will be issued.
PRICING & DEPOSITS
ITEM PRICING - Pricing may be subject to change.
PRE-ORDER DEPOSITS - Deposits hold your place in the order queue. If you request a refund, a $50.00 administration fee may apply.
SPECIAL ORDERS - Deposits are required on Special Order items and will be subject to a re-stocking fee if you cancel your order. Always confirm details at the time of your order.
PRICE MATCH POLICY
We ( Wolverine Supplies ) will endeavor to provide you, the end user the best price on the market. If you see your future purchase in stock anywhere in Canada ( priced in CAD ) from an Authorized Dealer, we will do our absolute best to match that price. Some exceptions will apply. See Below.
To take full advantage of the price match, all you have to do is provide us the reference ( link, location ) as to where you saw the better price and we will endeavor to match it!
Price matching is not able to be combined with any other promotion or discounts. HOWEVER, if we are price matching and free shipping is also offered with the better price, you better let us know
All Price Match sales are FINAL. No Returns, exchanges or refunds are applicable after invoicing. In the case of defects or manufacturing issues, standard return policy will be applicable.
Wolverine Supplies holds all rights to pricing of products and price matching.
In regards to price matching on ammunition, we will endeavor to price match ammo, however we are unable to price match free shipping. This is due in part to us only using reliable couriers following all dangerous goods protocol as per the transportation requirements of the company. Unfortunately this is cost prohibitive and does not allow us to do free shipping on dangerous goods. Being in a rural location doesn't help either.
So in short after all the serious stuff, if you see a better price out there... let us know!
USED FIREARMS & EQUIPMENT
All goods will be supplied in sound working condition unless otherwise specified. If you have any concerns please request clarification before purchasing.
SURPLUS FIREARMS
Please note, the condition of all surplus firearms may vary and they hold no warranty. They are sold in "as is" condition. Should a customer wish to return a Surplus firearm, cost of return shipping will be covered by customer.
